SADIEMiss Sadie is a glorious girl with loads of panache and presence. This striking Beagle/Pointer mix is a beautiful, plus size girl, who is currently on our version of doggie Jenny Craig to shed a few extra pounds gained through inactivity and overfeeding of table food in her former home. Sadie weighs 33 pounds, and should probably slim down to around 25. Adopters will need to continue her on a nutritious diet and provide exercise time. |

Five years old, Sadie was recently dumped by her owners when they moved into dog unfriendly housing. Sadie spent some time at a large animal control facility before joining our group, where she is settling beautifully into her new foster home. |
| Sadie is a steadfast, loyal companion dog. She loves human attention and is generally pleased to visit with strangers and kids. Sadie has a clearly defined, Alpha girl personality which has shown itself often as she interacts with other dogs in her foster home. She is quite a charmer, and while she tries to be the disciplinarian with other dogs, she is often drawn into spirited puppy play with her younger housemates. She just can't help herself! There is a joyous spirit in this beauty that is dying to be unleashed! |  |

Sadie has great housemanners and loves to ride shotgun on car trips. She is a well mannered car passenger, and can travel anywhere. Sadie is in great health. She will be spayed before adoption and is current on routine shots, de-wormed, microchipped and negative for heartworm/lyme/earlichia/anaplasmosis. |
