EDWARDEdward and his brother, Alphonse, were found abandoned by their owner and taken by local police to a rural North Carolina animal shelter. They recently joined our Connecticut Rescue. |

| Despite the chaotic shelter process, these pups show no obvious signs of trauma or neglect. Edward would be a great choice for a savvy Working Breed adopter, willing to continue training and socialization. He could easily join a multi-dog or cat home with older, playful animals, tolerant of puppy energy. He would thrive with an active family with older kids who have been taught to be gentle with young dogs. |  |

Edward weighs 37 pounds and is projected to grow to 40 to 50 pounds. He is 9 months old. He and his brother are a mix of Border Collie and Pit Bull. |
