BROOKE
Brooke is a young Eskie girl, probably a year and a half old, just released to Heart Bandits by the Brooklyn, New York, Center For Animal Care and Control. She has a broken leg, now in a splint, and a vet appointment tomorrow. Even with the broken leg, this little girl bounced around so happily and was so cuddly that our volunteer began to call her "Bunny". |
Found as a stray, Brooke immediately showed the shelter staff what a sweet girl she is. She is very content as a lap dog and loves attention. She may be housebroken: our volunteer reports that she seems to produce a little squeal and spin in circles when she needs to go out. Brooke is also missing a bit of her left ear, although that wound has healed. She is a miniature Eskie, around seventeen pounds, and up to date on all vaccinations. She will be spayed before she is adopted. |
